BEST OF THE WORST

Best of the Worst is a comedy panel show, hosted by Alexander Armstrong with team captains David Mitchell and Johnny Vaughan, in which they and their celebrity guests celebrate the very best of the very bad.

The Show features a number of rounds including "Pick the Worst" from such categories as: "Worst Diet", "Worst Thing to Buy on E-Bay", "Worst Day, "Worst Wedding", and "Worst Plastic Surgery". After chatting and joking about the nominations for each category, the two teams pick their 'worst'. If the audience agrees with them, the team scores the points.

After "Pick the Worst" comes the Best of the Worst "Bottom Five". Where the teams get to take a closer look at a mini-chart rundown on such subjects as the world's "Worst Album Cover", "Worst Inventions" and "Worst Celebrity Sightings".

Cram-packed with interesting facts and entertaining footage, Best of the Worst is brimming with animated chat and comedy from the sharp wits of Messrs. Armstrong, Vaughan and Mitchell, and their celebrity panelists, who, in series One, included: Brian McFadden, Trisha Goddard, Paddy McGuinness, Liza Tarbuck, Alan Carr, Robert Webb, Mel Giedroyc, Sara Cox, Fearne Cotton, Frankie Boyle, Rob Rouse and Jayne Middlemiss.

Broadcast from September 2006 on Channel Four, Friday nights, 9.30pm
